Happy Valentines Day
Thu 12 Feb 2026P1 - 3 were celebrating Valentines Day by writing things they love about their friends in the class. They were able to fill their envelopes with ‘love’. We hope you all have a lovely Valentines weekend.

Safer Internet Day
Tue 10 Feb 2026The whole school took part in live lessons today for Safer Internet Day. The theme this year was ‘Smart tech, safe choices - Exploring the safe and responsible use of AI’. The children in P1 - 3 explored how computers make decisions, they got to create images to teach a computer to solve a problem and why computers sometimes makes mistakes. The P4 - 7 children explored where children might already be using AI in their daily routines and the potential benefits and consequences of using digital assistants.

Making Bird Feeders with FODC
Thu 29 Jan 2026Thank you to Emmett from FODC who came out today to teach us about our garden birds and how we can look after them. He showed us how to make bird feeders with apples and raisins for the birds around school and home.
