School Council Members 2025 - 2026

Term 1 Update:

Our school Councillors were elected after a vote on Wednesday 3rd December and held their first meeting on Friday 5th December. Points discussed for Term 2 were as follows:

- To establish a 'Take-Home Treat' tuck shop during Golden Time on a Friday. To meet with chairman of BOG and PTA to discuss idea and possible loan to get started.

- To fund a prize box with prizes £1- £2 each for termly attendance awards for pupils with 100% attendance.

- It was agreed that class pets won't be feasible due to allergies, costs and caring for them during holiday periods.

- Potential fundraising ideas were as follows: PJ's Day, Hamper, Non-uniform & break the rules day, fancy dress event.

Term 2

Wishlist:  

- Update library with new books.

- Get bird feeders for the school garden.

- A slide for the playground with a rota of who can use it each day.
